Our aim is to provide a service which not only helps Mastiff's that are in need of a new home but also those owners who may have been faced with a problem with there Mastiff and need advice and help.
If you feel you could help out with home checking or possibly picking up Mastiffs for us then please contact us. All help is greatfully received.
If you would like to offer a rescued Mastiff a home, then please contact us. All homes will be checked prior to the rehomeing of a Mastiff. All prospective new owners must prove that they understand the Mastiff breed as a whole and are willing to take on a dog which may be emotionally and/or even physically scarred.
The majority of Mastiffs that come on rescue are older. Please understand this is not an easy way to get a cheap puppy.
Contacts: Emma or Kim 01328 701207 Anytime (before 9pm please unless it is an emergency please.)
Contact us for advice and information, or enquiries about rescue in general.
7 Year old Mastiff Needs A Loving Home.
Dillon is a 7 Year Old Mastiff dog who is castrated. He gets on well with other dogs and children although has come from a 'non' children household, I am told he befriended a local girl who would often feed him biscuits! He is up for adoption through no fault of his own and is in good health for his age.
I am told he is used to walks upto 5 times a day so he appears to be very fit. He did have a successful operation on his back left knee cap when he was only 12 months and does have a slight limp due to this.
If you feel you could offer Dillon a home please contact us. We have decided that due to his age and the fact that his owners reason for giving him up was beyond there control, that Dillon is going to live with the Heffalumps and they can still visit regularly.
6 Year old Mastiff Successfully Rehomed
Hunny came to us as terrified Mastiff who had already been rehomed once and we had been told her 'favourite' meal was a loaf of bread. Hunny is now settled with Dolly the Mastiff in her new home and is like a completely new dog.
2 Year Old Dog Rehomed Successfully
5 Year Old Bitch Rehomed Successfully
China is a 5 year old bitch who came onto rescue through no fault of her own. She was extremely nervous and required alot of love and affection and most of all patience. China is now settled in her new home and is the centre of attention.
Chico (now known as Huggy) was a 2 year old male who was rehomed because his owners could no longer care for him properly and thankfully is now settled in his new home living with Kez the newfie!
Many Specials including sash for overall highest placed Mastiff on the day.
