About Us

The Heffalump affix is held by Mrs Kim Dodd-Utting, Mrs Emma Herring and Mr Jamie Dodd. It is a family affair and we are a very small kennels. All our dogs are kept indoors and are loved, thoroughly spoilt rotten and adored by all the family. We have owned Mastiffs since 1989 and Kim formerly held the Luvalump affix in the 1990s. All our Mastiff's are handled by Emma.

We run a rescue for the Mastiff known as Mastiffs In Need. You can find more information on this on our dedicated page or visit the website:

We have no financial backing from either of the Mastiff Clubs or anyone else and raise our funds through events like our Companion Dog Show.

We have been showing for many years. Both Emma and Jamie represented the U.K in the 90's in junior handling at The World Shows in Vienna and Belgium. Emma was placed 2nd in Belgium and 9th in Vienna. Jamie narrowly missed out on qualification both years.

Kim, Jamie and Emma all judge Mastiffs and also Junior Handling. Jamie is as far as we are aware at the moment the youngest judge in mastiffs.

Puppies are sometimes available to loving vetted homes only.
